Circles of Confusion is a collective of artists, musicians and dancers born in five different continents. After having met as a result of the Indonesian government's Darmasiswa Scholarship program, Ewelina, Evan, Jon, Kaya, Kadek, Ralf, Pak Subandi and Saby began to work together on numerous projects. What came out of these collaborations resulted in some of the work you will see before you. With their many disparate experiences, exchanges of ideas, and differences of opinion, a true cross-cultural bond is formed.

Ewelina Pacyniak has pictures in her head and wants to show them to you. And you had better be sure that she will. Through her fascination with visual artistic processes, and her studies in acting and theatre science she has better equipped her inventory of visual metaphor. As a major organizer of Circles of Confusion, she also shows her prowess in public relations. Ewelina is a very serious around. The most serious aspect of her, however, is her narcolepsy (which you will hopefully not observe tonight).
